Hey. So I'm experiencing a problem with my Moonpay account where I made a purchase of some BTC and I'm having difficulties transferring it over to another wallet.
The problem is, I do t have the icon to "send" show up on my screen.
It only show to "Buy" or " Swap" and I'm not interested in that, I want to send my funds to another account. Can you assist with this please?
If it helps to know, I'm located in Guyana, South America.
Preferred solution: Information on why I'm unable to transfer funds from my account and why I'm not seeing the "send" option.

Non Helpful and Scam-like
My wife's debit card was stolen and used to purchase crypto at Moonpay. So, we want the purchase to be transferred to her
since it was in her name. There are no humans to talk to at Moonpay.
So how do we contact them?

If only I could give them zero
Seems like they are helping the scammers take people's money. Because if it's a legit company there should be a way to reverse people's funds.

Hello - I set up a MoonPay account today(3/10/24) and as soon as verification of my identity was completed, I received a message that my account had been disabled due to violation of your terms and conditions. I hadn't even made one transaction before it was disabled so I do not know how I could have violated your terms and conditions.
Please tell me what I can do to have my account restored. Thank you.
Worst application no customer service help at all
I needed verification they are not up to help no one comes worst application

My experience
I made several successful investments with this broker before losing 80% of my savings to the trading scam. It cost me so much money and pain to invest in a broker that was not even real.

Have a pending transaction that will not expire automatically and I cannot cancel it. So my money is stuck in moonpay.
They say they are doing a verification and that was a week now and the transaction still pending and stuck in moonpay. They Suck!
