My debit card has been declined several times.. contacted my bank and they said there is nothing on their end that is keeping the transaction from going through. May have to wait a few more hours and try again.

- An unknown phone number appeared on my account.
- I must verify with a backup number to access cryptocurrency funds, and I have heard nothing for days.
I don't even know where the number came from off my account. I never use it.
I've never seen the number before in my life. I'm trying to change it. They all of a sudden wanted me to verify using a backup phone number that they came up with out of nowhere so I could get my money out of the account because I had some cryptocurrency, some Bitcoin, inside of there. I needed that money desperately.
They said they'll get back to me if it was in 24 hours. They had to send it to a different department just to change my phone number, which is ludicrous. It's been almost 2 days, and I haven't even heard anything.
They will not respond to me. This is crazy.

- No customer service zero not at all you have to wait days to get a response for anything you want to do something simple is changing your phone number ridiculous unhelpful could care less about their customers

- There was $65 in the account that was not returned and the account was terminated with no reply.
They disabled my account because I had more than one account without creating it a long time ago and forgot about it. Then I had $65 in there; they stole my money.
They terminated my account and kept my money. They won't answer me, and they will not return my money. They are stealing my money.

Hello. I am a past customer who used your services once or twice.
After that, while I was in the hospital for cancer treatment, my information was stolen from the hospital admin. I didnt know this for some time. I have now been fighting the aftermath with the IRS and FBI. I noticed when I tried using your service again, my account had been suspended due to unacceptable behavior.
Im contacting you now to see if there may be a way for me to clear my good name with your company and once again use your services. I am a very honest and trustworthy person. Im an Air Force veteran and devoted Christian. Im very embarrassed by someone using my information to tarnish my name in so many ways.
Please let me know if I may work with your company to correct this as I am now actively working on my crypto portfolio and an active member in the crypto.com ETH mining pool. Please feel free to contact me and let me know what I need to do to reinstate my good name with your company.
