I was recently tricked into buying some crypto and they require a lot of personal information. Then $3,000 was gone from my account. Someone hacked into it and stole it all.
Scam!
Moonpay don't care about the fact my account was hacked into and stolen from. Surely they know how it happened and who the sticky fingered thief was because they require each person to provide a lot of personal information and they keep it on file for 6 years. I really need this money back and I'm sure they can afford it because they charge a fee for every transaction.
